Zluri
F Zluri Identity Governance (public API + integrations)
The Zluri public API takes one static api-key header, obtained by asking Zluri Support, with no documented expiry, scoping, rotation API or last-used view. Into your tenants it is keyless for AWS, GCP, Entra, Google Workspace, GitHub, Slack and Salesforce, but Okta and GitHub Enterprise only connect with a pasted token or key.

How a workload running anywhere authenticates to this product.
Static API key sent in an `api-key` request header on every call to api-ext.zluri.com; the key is requested from Zluri Support. No OAuth, token exchange or federation is documented.

The same api-key authenticates both the Zluri REST API and the custom-integration SDK endpoints. The auth page says keys come from Support while the SDK prerequisites page says admins "generate and manage" them; neither page documents expiry, scopes, rotation or revocation, and the API reference has no key-management endpoints. On-prem agents: the Active Directory connector (Docker or MSI) registers with a one-time installation JWT ("Token expires in 30 minutes") and then gets OAuth2 tokens from Zluri's Auth0 tenant, which is the best-behaved credential in the product. The desktop agent logs in either by an emailed validation code or by a shared static Organization token followed by admin device approval. The browser extension's auth is not documented publicly.

How this product reaches into your cloud, repos, or other SaaS.
AWS cross-account IAM role with External ID; OAuth consent to Zluri's own apps for GCP, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GitHub (ZluriHQ app), Slack and Salesforce V2. Okta (API token or customer-created service app private key), GitHub Enterprise (classic PAT), Entra M2M (customer app client secret) and Salesforce client-credentials connectors require a customer-managed long-lived credential.

Connectors checked: AWS IAM and AWS Identity Center (role + External ID, keyless); GCP (OAuth authorize, keyless); Entra ID OAuth and Microsoft 365 (admin consent popup, keyless); Entra ID M2M, which Zluri labels "Recommended" (customer app registration + client secret); Google Workspace OAuth and custom-admin-role (consent, keyless); GitHub (ZluriHQ OAuth app, keyless); GitHub Enterprise (classic PAT with an expiration the customer sets); Okta, all three documented paths static: super-admin API token, custom-admin-role API token (inherits the creating user's permissions), and an M2M service app whose private key is pasted into Zluri; Salesforce V2 (login-and-authorize flow, read as Zluri's connected app, keyless), the legacy Salesforce OAuth connector (customer connected app plus a user security token) and the client-credentials connector (customer connected app); Slack (Zluri's app, keyless). B because keyless paths exist for the clouds and most SaaS, but Okta has no keyless option at all and the vendor recommends static-secret M2M paths for Okta and Entra. Hundreds of long-tail connectors (e.g. Snyk) take pasted API keys and were not individually graded. Least-privilege guidance is good throughout (read-only policies, minimum Okta/Google admin roles, Run-As user advice).
Hygiene for any static credential the product still issues
| ✗ Expiry enforceable | No expiry, TTL or org policy is documented for the API key. "All future requests" with no lifetime stated; fail for lack of any public evidence.
|
| ✗ Rotation via API | The API reference (Users, Application, Optimization, Organization, Settings, Contracts, Audit Logs, Workflows, SDK) has no endpoint to create or revoke API keys; issuance is through Support or the admin UI.
|
| ✗ Scoped keys | No scopes, roles or per-key permissions are documented; the key appears to be an org-level credential valid for every endpoint, including user updates and workflow runs.
|
| ✗ Last-used visible | No last-used timestamp or key inventory view is documented publicly.
|
| ✗ Leak revocation | Zluri does not appear anywhere on GitHub's supported secret scanning patterns page (partner or user patterns).

Notes
Zluri's public docs (developers.zluri.com, help.zluri.com) are not gated, but they say very little about the API key itself, so the hygiene fails are fails for absence of evidence; Zluri may have admin-console key management that is not documented. Zluri's human session tokens are short-lived (access token 7200 seconds per the Login and Logout Settings page), which does not help machines. The grade moves off F only with documented key expiry, scoping and a management API, or with OAuth/federation for the public API.
